Rochon was the child of Zelma Staples and Samuel Staples. She was born in Torrance, Los Angeles, to Zelma Staples as well as Samuel Staples. Cerritos High school, Cerritos California is where she completed her high-school education in 1982. Ullerup plays the character in Dale Travers, is one of the characters who appear in Hallmark's Signed, Sealed, Delivered, movies since 2016.
